HOW MANY BARTENDERS DO I NEED? We require 1 bartender per 50 guests
WHAT THE BARTENDER PROVIDES The bartender will bring the basic bar tools to serve your guests including shaker tins, bottle openers, knife, cutting board and 2 coolers to chill the beer, and wine. The bartender(s) will arrive 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time to set up the bar area and will clean up the bar area at the end of the event. The bartender uniform is black pants and black polo shirt. Bartender uniforms may be customized for your event with advance notice.
WHAT THE CLIENT PROVIDES You are responsible for providing all items that will be consumed by your guests. This includes the alcohol, mixers, and ice. If you are requesting "Bartender Only" service, you will need to provide everything needed to serve your guest.
BAR SET UP During the 1 hour set up, the bartender is preparing the bar area for maximum service efficiency. Bartender will chill all beer & wine and set up the bar station prior to the arrival of your guests and/or opening of the bar.
HOW MUCH ALCOHOL DO YOU BUY? This is the main question asked by our clients and In The Mixx Mobile Bartending will consult with you on this. Upon booking our services, we can provide you with a beverage consultation by phone where we help you define your beverage menu and prepare a shopping list of everything that you need to purchase. You may purchase your alcohol online and In The Mixx Mobile Bartending can pick up your order (small fee will be applied to your balance). Tastings are available for an extra fee.
Our services include: • General Liability Insurance Coverage • Uniformed TABC Certified Bartender(s) • Bar Area Set Up & Cleanup • Basic Bar Supplies and Tools (shaker tins, bottle openers, etc.) • Complimentary Beverage Consultation (by phone/email) with Shopping List of how much to purchase • Flexible Service Hours - 4-hour min unless otherwise discussed • Deposit is non-refundable) **Each event is unique therefore no price will be the same. Before we can give you a rate fee, we will need the details of your event so that we can give you an accurate price. ** Holiday Hours $75hr for events held on major holidays including Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve. ***Deposit required to secure dates. Contract and Invoice expires two days after sent to you. Dates will not be held if not sent back in two days. ***
